We are passionate about supporting ‘Healthier people. Stronger communities.’

CSR overview

Corporate social responsibility is an integral part of who we are and what we do

Our entire team upholds an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards. These ethical standards entail complying with applicable laws, regulations and policies, and considering the impact of each of our decisions on our ability to serve and make a positive impact in the lives of people living with serious medical conditions. We believe in doing the right thing for the right reasons, each and every time, and are intentional about every decision we make so that we can support and enable the effective, safe, and responsible treatment of serious medical conditions.

Along with this commitment to responsibility, we are driven by our core values — Uphold Integrity, Embrace Differences, Encourage Expression, Be Accountable — and a sense of duty to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and our broader communities.

Collegium’s commitment to community is woven into everything we do, from advancing our portfolio of medicines to our corporate social responsibility programs. We act in service of improving the health and well-being of the communities where we live and work, and making an impact beyond our portfolio of medicines.

We believe that making a meaningful impact requires each one of us to contribute, which is why we are proud to foster a genuine culture of philanthropy, service and mentorship to enrich our communities and learn from and grow with each other.

Employees

Employees are empowered to participate in community activities that hold significance to them, including through our annual Day of Service and charitable matching gift program, which enables charitable donations to any registered 501(c)(3) charity that are matched by Collegium. We take pride in our service orientation and are always excited to share with each other how team members around the country are making positive impacts where they live.

Supporting the Next Generation of STEM Leaders

We honor our strong belief in the value of education by partnering with and giving to organizations that are driving equitable access to education and STEM educational resources in underserved local and national communities.

The Collegium Pharmaceutical Scholarship Program
Collegium launched the Collegium Pharmaceutical Scholarship Program in November 2023. In partnership with Scholarship America, we will award two full-ride scholarships to Massachusetts-based high school seniors pursuing a STEM-related major at a U.S. university. We are proud to provide this opportunity to students who have demonstrated financial need, academic achievement, leadership, community service and a commitment to learning as they focus on their STEM education and seek to become a future leader in our industry.

Additional STEM Education Partnerships
We are committed to expanding access to STEM education by partnering with organizations that include Life Science Cares, MassBioEd, Kids in Tech and Science from Scientists. Through a combination of charitable giving and dedicated volunteer efforts, we strive to advance our partners’ STEM initiatives that provide dynamic programming to students and educational resources to teachers in underserved communities year-round. We appreciate all that our partners do to increase students’ knowledge and passion for science, as well as support teachers.

Bringing STEM to Baseball
Collegium is also a proud partner of the Boston Red Sox. Collegium collaborates with Science from Scientists to provide educational, baseball-themed science experiments for kids and their families at select home games.

Medical Community

We develop educational resources, present real-world and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) data at medical meetings and in publications and share insights from our monitoring programs so that healthcare professionals have the information that they need to make informed decisions when caring for people with serious medical conditions.

Environmental, Social and Governance Commitment

Our ongoing Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives reflect our unwavering commitment to integrity, accountability and responsibility.
